Pada buku jilid 1 ini berfokus pada penguatan tugas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN)—melalui metodologi kebijakan berbasis bukti (seperti Analisis Biaya-Manfaat dan Reference Class Forecasting)—serta mewujudkan transportasi inklusif dan berkeadilan. Pembahasan dalam jilid berikutnya akan memperkaya perspektif pembaca dan membuat isi buku ini lebih menarik, mendalam, dan bermanfaat luas.
Harapannya buku ini menjadi investasi literasi teknis dan manajerial, bertujuan menciptakan sistem transportasi yang tidak hanya cepat, tetapi juga adil, efisien, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat.
