Moksibusi dalam Persalinan: Metode Komplementer untuk Persalinan yang Sejahtera adalah buku pertama di Indonesia yang secara khusus membahas penerapan moksibusi dalam dunia kebidanan. Moksibusi, atau moxibustion terapi tradisional dari pengobatan Tiongkok kuno, telah lama digunakan untuk meredakan nyeri dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan tubuh. Dalam konteks kebidanan, terapi ini mulai mendapatkan perhatian sebagai metode komplementer yang dapat membantu mengurangi nyeri persalinan, mempercepat proses persalinan, serta meningkatkan kenyamanan ibu hamil.
Buku ini hadir sebagai referensi ilmiah bagi tenaga kesehatan, khususnya bidan dan ahli akupunktur, dalam memahami konsep, mekanisme kerja, serta teknik aplikasi moksibusi yang aman dan efektif selama proses persalinan. Dengan mengacu pada hasil penelitian terbaru, termasuk penelitian hibah BIMA Kemendikbudristek tahun 2024, buku ini juga mengulas potensi moksibusi dalam membantu mengurangi intervensi medis yang tidak perlu, sehingga mendukung persalinan alami yang lebih nyaman dan minim risiko.
Ditulis berdasarkan kajian ilmiah dan praktik klinis, buku ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi praktisi kesehatan dalam menerapkan pendekatan holistik dalam kebidanan. Selain itu, buku ini juga memberikan wawasan bagi ibu hamil yang ingin mencari alternatif alami dalam menghadapi proses persalinan. Dengan pembahasan yang sistematis dan berbasis bukti, Moksibusi dalam Persalinan menjadi rujukan penting bagi dunia kebidanan di Indonesia
