Sinopsis

Mencengangkan, jumlah pemain bulanan Mobile Legends di Indonesia mencapai angka 51 juta pemain, menjadi yang terbesar di dunia. Kondisi ini membuat banyak orang tua khawatir anaknya menerima dampak negatif dari bermain Mobile Legend. Keresahan orag tua makin bertambah-tambah dengan angka pengangguran sarjana (tenaga terdidik) di Indonesia hingga mencapai angka 1 juta, dan diperkirakan akan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Tingginya pengangguran, diyakini karena generasi muda tidak siap memasuki dunia kerja, dan jangan-jangan kondisi ini akibat kegandrungan generasi muda bermain games salah satunya mobile legend.

Diterbitkannya buku ini, alih-alih menghabiskan energi untuk menghujat dan membesar-besarkan dampak negatif bermain Mobile Legend, justru kita memanfaatkannya dan menjadikan Mobile Legend sebagai media edukasi. Pengalaman bermain Mobile legend dimanfaatkan untuk mengasah 8 employability skill yang dapat menjadi bekal berharga memasuki dunia kerja, yaitu:

  3. Pemecahan Masalah (Problem Solving)

  7. Keinginan Belajar (Learning)
  8. Kemampuan Teknologi (Technology Literacy)

Buku ini tidak hanya menjawab keresahan orang tua, tenaga pendidik, para pemuda, dan semua pihak yang peduli pada tantangan dunia pendidikan di era digital, tetapi juga mengubah cara pandang lama yang cenderung melihat game hanya sebagai ancaman. Justru melalui buku ini, kita diajak untuk berani melihat peluang baru: menjadikan teknologi dan kebiasaan main games sebagai “sekolah alternatif” yang mampu melatih keterampilan nyata. Saatnya berhenti sekadar khawatir, dan mulai bergerak cerdas agar generasi muda tidak tenggelam dalam permainan, tetapi bangkit menjadi pemenang di dunia kerja dan kehidupan.

Dr. Damaruci, S.Sos., M.M.

Damaruci adalah Ketua RT 12, RW 12 Kelurahan Bintara, Kota Bekasi, ayah dari Binar, Pijar, Cahya dan Kilau. Damaruci founder dan CEO Life Skill Intelligence Institute (PT. Cerdassinergi Solusi Indonesia). Ia Alumni (S1) di Jurusan Kriminologi FISIP UI. Magister (S2) di MM Trisakti dan jenjang doktoral (S3) di Manajemen SDM UNJ.

Pengalaman Kerja sebagai Manajemen Trainee (MT), Internal Audit Officer, Internal Audit Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager dan Assistant Training Manager di Perusahaan retail nasional. Lalu pindah bekerja ke perusahaan retail asing asal Belanda sebagai Training Section Head. Kemudian pindah bekerja di grup perusahaan pembiayaan asal Jepang, hingga menjadi HR Development Division Head yang membawahi tiga departemen yaitu Recruitment & Selection, Career Development & Assesment, dan Policy and System Development.

Menjadi associate consultant and trainer dengan spesialisasi Organization Development & Talent Management di berbagai perusahaan konsultan dan training seperti Haygroup (saat ini Korn Ferry), People Prime Consulting Group, Duta Bangsa Training Centre, Q-One Consulting, Bestra dan DSS Consulting. Damaruci juga menjadi dosen dan asesor BNSP di LSP MSDMKI untuk jabatan HR Manager, Manager Pengembangan Organisasi dan Manager Manajemen Talenta. Damaruci juga telah menulis lebih dari 25 judul buku.

Heffyzar yang akrab disapa Fify --Sekretaris RT 12, RW 12 Kelurahan Bintara-- adalah seorang ibu rumah tangga dan wirausaha serta penggerak komunitas yang memiliki semangat besar dalam dunia bisnis dan sosial. Ia merupakan Owner PT Jendela Arbat Indo serta Owner Event Organizer Neo Gerbang Nusantara yang bergerak di bidang kreatif dan manajemen acara yang memadukan kecerdasan analitis dengan jiwa kepemimpinan untuk mengembangkan usaha sekaligus memberi dampak positif bagi lingkungannya.

Selain berkiprah di dunia usaha, Fify juga aktif dalam berbagai organisasi sosial, di antaranya Wanita Bekasi Keren dan PKK RW 12 Kelurahan Bintara. Keterlibatannya menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat untuk berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan perempuan, pemberdayaan UMKM dan penguatan keluarga, dan pembangunan masyarakat. Perpaduan pengalaman bisnis, latar akademik, dan kepedulian sosial menjadikan dirinya sebagai pribadi yang menginspirasi, dengan visi menghadirkan karya yang bermanfaat dan membuka peluang kolaborasi seluas-luasnya.

Ardian Marta Kusuma. S.T.

Ardian adalah Bendahara RT 12, RW 12 Kelurahan Bintara, Kota Bekasi. Ardian Marta Kusuma lahir di Kediri, Jawa Timur. Ardian menempuh pendidikan S1 Teknik Elektro di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, dan sejak tahun 2010 berkarier di Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (KESDM), khususnya di Direktorat Konservasi Energi, Ditjen EBTKE. Dengan pengalaman lebih dari satu dekade, Ardian telah menduduki berbagai posisi strategis, mulai dari Analis Pemanfaatan Energi hingga Analis Kebijakan Ahli Muda, serta terlibat aktif dalam penyusunan kebijakan dan standar nasional di bidang konservasi energi.

Selain itu, Ardian juga berperan sebagai Auditor Energi dan Asesor Kompetensi Bidang Konservasi Energi BNSP, serta terlibat dalam penyusunan SKKNI (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia) terkait manajemen energi, audit energi, hingga pengukuran dan verifikasi kinerja energi. Dedikasi dan kiprahnya menunjukkan komitmen kuat untuk mendukung efisiensi energi dan pengendalian perubahan iklim di Indonesia.
