Mencengangkan, jumlah pemain bulanan Mobile Legends di Indonesia mencapai angka 51 juta pemain, menjadi yang terbesar di dunia. Kondisi ini membuat banyak orang tua khawatir anaknya menerima dampak negatif dari bermain Mobile Legend. Keresahan orag tua makin bertambah-tambah dengan angka pengangguran sarjana (tenaga terdidik) di Indonesia hingga mencapai angka 1 juta, dan diperkirakan akan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Tingginya pengangguran, diyakini karena generasi muda tidak siap memasuki dunia kerja, dan jangan-jangan kondisi ini akibat kegandrungan generasi muda bermain games salah satunya mobile legend.
Diterbitkannya buku ini, alih-alih menghabiskan energi untuk menghujat dan membesar-besarkan dampak negatif bermain Mobile Legend, justru kita memanfaatkannya dan menjadikan Mobile Legend sebagai media edukasi. Pengalaman bermain Mobile legend dimanfaatkan untuk mengasah 8 employability skill yang dapat menjadi bekal berharga memasuki dunia kerja, yaitu:

Buku ini tidak hanya menjawab keresahan orang tua, tenaga pendidik, para pemuda, dan semua pihak yang peduli pada tantangan dunia pendidikan di era digital, tetapi juga mengubah cara pandang lama yang cenderung melihat game hanya sebagai ancaman. Justru melalui buku ini, kita diajak untuk berani melihat peluang baru: menjadikan teknologi dan kebiasaan main games sebagai “sekolah alternatif” yang mampu melatih keterampilan nyata. Saatnya berhenti sekadar khawatir, dan mulai bergerak cerdas agar generasi muda tidak tenggelam dalam permainan, tetapi bangkit menjadi pemenang di dunia kerja dan kehidupan.
