Sinopsis

Perkembangan dunia organisasi, terutama di era digital dan globalisasi saat ini, menuntut para profesional dan akademisi untuk tidak hanya memahami teori perilaku organisasi, tetapi juga mampu mengaplikasikan prinsip-prinsip budaya organisasi dalam konteks nyata. Oleh karena itu, buku ini dirancang untuk memberikan perspektif yang komprehensif, mulai dari teori klasik hingga penelitian terbaru, termasuk studi kasus yang relevan dengan praktik organisasi modern.

Buku berjudul Perilaku Dan Budaya Organisasi: Untuk Program Magister ini disusun sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika perilaku individu dan kelompok dalam organisasi, serta bagaimana budaya organisasi membentuk pola interaksi, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan. Buku ini juga menyajikan materi yang mengintegrasikan konsep perilaku organisasi dengan aspek budaya, komunikasi, kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan dinamika kelompok, yang dirancang khusus untuk mahasiswa program Magister. Setiap bab dilengkapi dengan ilustrasi praktis dan studi kasus yang membantu pembaca mengaitkan teori dengan praktik nyata di organisasi kontemporer. Kehadiran buku ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber inspirasi dan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan ilmu perilaku dan budaya organisasi di Indonesia dan di tingkat internasional.
