Sinopsis

Transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan tidak hanya membutuhkan perubahan pada kurikulum dan teknologi pembelajaran, tetapi juga pada pola kepemimpinan dan sistem manajemen yang lebih inovatif, adaptif, dan berorientasi masa depan. Oleh karena itu, buku berjudul Kepemimpinan Dan Manajemen Inovatif: Strategi Adaptif Menghadapi Era VUCA Dalam Pengelolaan Pendidikan Vokasi ini hadir sebagai respons terhadap dinamika dan tantangan pendidikan vokasi yang kian kompleks di tengah perubahan global yang ditandai oleh era VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity). Buku ini mencoba memberikan kontribusi intelektual sekaligus praktikal terhadap kebutuhan kepemimpinan dan manajemen pendidikan vokasi yang mampu menjawab tantangan zaman.

Secara garis besar, buku ini terdiri atas tujuh bab yang saling terintegrasi. Bab I menyajikan pendahuluan yang membingkai konteks perubahan global dan urgensi pembaruan dalam pendidikan vokasi. Bab II membahas secara konseptual tentang kepemimpinan inovatif, termasuk definisi, karakteristik, serta berbagai tipologinya seperti kepemimpinan transformasional, distributif, pelayanan, dan visioner. Bab III menggambarkan konsep manajemen inovatif dalam lembaga pendidikan, disertai perbandingan antara manajemen konvensional dan inovatif serta prinsip-prinsip manajemen menurut berbagai ahli. Bab IV dan V secara aplikatif membahas strategi implementasi dan studi kasus, baik dari praktik di Finlandia maupun program nasional seperti “Sekolah Penggerak”. Sementara itu, Bab VI mengulas tantangan-tantangan implementatif serta solusi strategis yang dapat diterapkan di lapangan. Bab VII menutup dengan kesimpulan dan rekomendasi untuk mendorong keberlanjutan inovasi.

Di bagian akhir, buku ini juga dilengkapi dengan Executive Policy Brief yang dapat digunakan oleh para pengambil kebijakan sebagai referensi praktis dalam merancang roadmap transformasi pendidikan vokasi. Buku ini ditujukan bagi kalangan akademisi, pengelola lembaga pendidikan vokasi, praktisi pendidikan, maupun pembuat kebijakan yang ingin memahami dan menerapkan pendekatan kepemimpinan serta manajemen inovatif dalam konteks pendidikan vokasional di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan interdisipliner, referensi terkini, dan studi kontekstual, kami berharap buku ini dapat menjadi rujukan strategis sekaligus inspiratif.

Biografi Penulis

Prof. Dr. Luthfiyah Nurlaela, M.Pd., Universitas Negeri Surabaya

Prof. Dr. Luthfiyah Nurlaela, M.Pd., dilahirkan di Tuban, Jawa Timur, pada tanggal 18 Oktober 1966, merupakan anak keempat dari enam bersaudara, pasangan suami istri Bapak Zawawi Chusain (alm.) dan Ibu Hj. Basjiroh Shoimuri (almh). Pada 1992, Luthfiyah diangkat sebagai Calon Pengawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) dan ditugaskan di almamaternya, yaitu pada jurusan PKK, FPTK IKIP Surabaya (Universitas Negeri Surabaya). Sebelumnya, yaitu pada tahun 1991, berkesempatan mengikuti program S2 Pendidikan Teknologi Kejuruan IKIP Yogyakarta (Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta), dengan beasiswa bantuan studi dari Universitas Negeri Surabaya, lulus 1995. Selanjutnya pada 2003, berkesempatan mengikuti program Doktor Teknologi Pembelajaran di Universitas Negeri Malang dengan beasiswa BPPS, dan diselesaikan 2007. Pada 7 Januari 2010, dikukuhkan sebagai Guru Besar Unesa ke-61 pada usia 43 tahun dalam Bidang Pendidikan Ilmu Kesejateraan Keluarga (Home Economics Education). Sampai saat ini, puluhan artikel hasil penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dipublikasikan baik dalam forum ilmiah nasional/internasional maupun jurnal ilmiah nasional/internasional. Beberapa buku juga sudah dihasilkan, baik buku dalam bentuk antologi cerpen, antologi tulisan ilmiah populer, antologi artikel ilmiah, buku kumpulan feature, dan juga buku-buku ilmiah untuk mahasiswa. Beberapa buku yang sudah ditulisnya antara lain: Model Pembelajaran, Gaya Belajar, Kemampuan Membaca, dan Hasil Belajar (2010), Khasanah Kuliner Tradisional Jawa Timur (2013), Sanitasi dan Higiene (2013), Strategi Belajar Berpikir Kreatif (2015), Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi dan Problem Solving (2016), Media Pembelajaran (2018), dan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga (2021). Sedangkan buku kumpulan feature antara lain: Berbagi di Ujung Negeri (2013), Cermin (2014), Berbagi di Ujung Negeri 2 dari Aceh sampai Sorong (2015), Saya Hanya Seorang Ibu (2015), Satu Hati Tiga Negeri (2017), dan Sebuah Sekolah Bernama Desa.

Prof. Dr. Any Sutiadiningsih, M.Si., Universitas Negeri Surabaya

Prof. Dr. Any Sutiadiningsih, M.Si., adalah staf pengajar Fakultas Vokasi dan Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa). Lahir di Madiun pada 1959. Tahun 1984 menyelesaikan Pendidikan Sarjana pada Jurusan Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) IKIP Yogyakarta (UNY saat ini), Magister Kajian Budaya (Pengendalian Sosial) diselesaikan tahun 2006, dan tahun 2017 menyelesaikan program Doktor Pendidikan Kejuruan pada Universitas Negeri Malang (UM).  Guru besar di bidang Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dicapai tahun 2023.  Beberapa artikel terkait masalah penddikan kejuruan, kewirausahaan bidang Tata Boga (kuliner), inovasi produk kuliner terpublikasi di beberapa jurnal nasional dan internasional. Buku yang telah ditulis di antaranya Strategi Bisnis Makanan Tradisional, Manajemen Usaha Catering, Dapur dan Peralatan (Kitchen & Equipment) Industri Jasa Boga. Komunikasi dapat dilakukan melalui

Yulia Fransisca, S.Pd., M.Pd., Universitas Negeri Surabaya

Yulia Fransisca, S.Pd., M.Pd., Lahir, di Polewali, Sulawesi Barat pada 16 Juli 1985. Menamatkan Pendidikan SD, SLTP dan SMA yang semuanya berada di Polewali Mandar. Meraih gelar Sarjana Pendidikan pada Universitas Negeri Makassar tahun 2008. Tahun 2009 melanjutkan Pendidikan pada Prodi S2 Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Tahun 2012 berkesempatan mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Guru Prajabatan bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan, penulis bekerja sebagai Dosen di Universitas Negeri Surabaya – saat ini. Penulis menekuni bidang Pendidikan khususnya Pendidikan Kejuruan, Strategi Pembelajaran dan Media Pembelajaran. Selain itu penulis juga anggota Ikatan Ahli Teknik Ketenagalistrikan (IATKI) Indonesia dan Asosiasi Dosen dan guru Vokasi Indonesia (ADGVI). Penulis juga aktif sebagai Anggota SPAK Indonesia, dan juga Relawan Masyarakat Anti Fitnah Indonesia (MAFINDO) wilayah Surabaya dan merupakan salah satu fasilitator program Tular Nalar dan Cek Fakta. Tahun 2024 menulis Buku Literasi Digital yang diterbitkan oleh Erlangga. Tahun 2025 menulis buku Mindfull Learning yang diterbitkan Scopindo Media Pustaka.

 

 

Alfredo Arianti Permana Putra, S.Pd., M.Pd., Universitas Negeri Surabaya

Alfredo Arianti Permana Putra, S.Pd., M.Pd., Lahir di Surabaya, Jawa Timur pada 17 Februari 2000. Menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana (S1) di bidang Pendidikan Teknik Elektro di Universitas Negeri Surabaya Tahun 2021 dan melanjutkan program Magister (S2) Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan pada Tahun 2021, di Universitas yang sama. Saat ini, penulis sedang menempuh pendidikan doktoral (S3) di bidang Pendidikan Vokasi di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penulis aktif dalam kegiatan akademik dan telah menghasilkan beberapa karya ilmiah yang dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi. Di antaranya adalah publikasi pada Eurasian Journal of Educational Research, TEM Journal, dan JPTE: Jurnal Pendidikan Teknik Elektro. Penulis juga telah berkontribusi sebagai penulis dan editor dalam beberapa buku, seperti Mindful Learning, Skill Guru Pendidikan Vokasi Pra-Jabatan, serta Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan Motor Listrik Berbasis Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek. Melalui berbagai pengalaman akademik dan profesional, penulis berkomitmen untuk terus berkontribusi dalam pengembangan pendidikan vokasi yang adaptif dan inovatif, serta selaras dengan kebutuhan industri dan perkembangan teknologi terkini.
