Salah satu tantangan dari para pensiunan atau purna baktian adalah mempersiapkan diri dalam memasuki masa pensiun. Hal yang sama juga berlaku untuk perusahaan yang memiliki karyawan yang sudah memasuki masa pensiun tersebut. Sebagai gambaran, perusahaan berkorelasi dengan karyawan dimulai dari program on-boarding (rekruitmen dan seleksi), retention (remunerasi, promosi dan bonus), growing (pengembangan, pelatihan dan karir) dan harus diakhiri dengan offboarding (pensiun dan pemeliharaan jaringan).
Buku ini disusun dengan pendekatan teori maupun praktek yang dijumpai penulis selama menjadi dosen, penasehat hukum maupun pendamping UMKM, sehingga diharapkan dapat mengisi kekosongan wawasan tersebut, dan menjadikan program persiapan pensiun yang kompleks tersebut menjadi topik-topik bahasan sederhana dan aplikatif, tanpa terjebak hanya pada pemberian uang pensiun dan pelatihan bisnis belaka.
Dimulai dari perubahan paradigma, persiapan mental, fisik dan finansial dari para purna baktian, hingga hal-hal yang dapat dan perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Dijelaskan secara runtun dan mudah dimengerti
