Deteksi dini merupakan kunci dalam menekan angka kematian akibat kanker serviks, terutama di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Buku ini menyajikan inovasi teknologi terkini berupa Endoskopi Cerdas, sebuah alat bantu skrining berbasis sistem pakar yang dirancang untuk memberikan hasil analisis secara real-time terhadap kondisi serviks. Dengan akurasi prediksi yang mencapai 70% dan kemampuan pemrosesan citra digital, alat ini menjadi solusi tepat guna dalam mengatasi keterbatasan metode konvensional seperti IVA.
Melalui integrasi kamera mini dan sistem klasifikasi otomatis berbasis rule-based, Endoskopi Cerdas mampu mendeteksi kelainan secara visual, cepat, dan objektif, sekaligus mendukung tenaga medis dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis. Buku ini tidak hanya membahas aspek teknis dan klinis, tetapi juga menggambarkan transformasi layanan deteksi dini yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Diharapkan, inovasi ini dapat menjadi harapan baru bagi sistem kesehatan perempuan Indonesia, sekaligus mempercepat upaya eliminasi kanker serviks secara nasional.
