Buku “Masa Depan Dirancang, Bukan Ditebak: Perencanaan Strategik Pendidikan di Tengah Ketidakpastian Zaman” menyajikan sebuah panduan penting bagi para pemangku kepentingan di dunia pendidikan. Di tengah arus perubahan dan disrupsi yang tiada henti, era ketidakpastian telah menjadi keniscayaan. Buku ini dengan tegas menyatakan bahwa pendekatan perencanaan tradisional yang bersifat statis tidak lagi relevan. Sebaliknya, penulis mendorong pembaca untuk mengadopsi pola pikir proaktif dan adaptif, yaitu merancang masa depan pendidikan secara sadar dan strategis, alih-alih hanya menebak-nebak arahnya.

Buku ini menawarkan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk mengembangkan *perencanaan strategik yang dinamis*. Pembaca akan diajak untuk memahami secara mendalam berbagai faktor yang menciptakan ketidakpastian, mulai dari lonjakan teknologi, pergeseran demografi, hingga perubahan sosial budaya. Lebih dari itu, buku ini menguraikan langkah-langkah praktis dalam merumuskan visi yang adaptif, melakukan analisis skenario untuk mengantisipasi berbagai kemungkinan masa depan, serta mendesain strategi yang fleksibel dan responsif. Penekanannya adalah pada penciptaan sebuah organisasi pendidikan yang gesit, mampu belajar dengan cepat, berinovasi tanpa henti, dan memiliki resiliensi tinggi terhadap gejolak.
