Kerusakan lingkungan dan eksploitasi sumber daya alam secara berlebihan menjadi isu global yang mendesak. Buku “Etika islam dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Alam” hadir sebagai jawaban atas tantangan tersebut, dengan menawarkan pendekatan integratif antara ilmu ekologi, nilai-nilai agama, dan kesadaran etis manusia.
Disusun secara sistematis, buku ini membahas dasar-dasar ekologi, pandangan agama-agama besar tentang lingkungan, serta menyoroti secara khusus perspektif Islam yang menempatkan manusia sebagai khalifah di bumi. Nilai-nilai seperti keseimbangan (tawāzun), tanggung jawab (amanah), dan kesederhanaan (i‘tidāl) menjadi pedoman dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan.Lebih dari sekadar kajian teoretis, buku ini mengajak pembaca untuk merenungkan kembali hubungan antara manusia dan alam, serta mendorong munculnya praktik dan kebijakan yang ramah lingkungan.
