Sinopsis

Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks saat ini, kemampuan untuk menyelaraskan tujuan strategis dengan pelaksanaan operasional menjadi sangat penting untuk
keberhasilan yang berkelanjutan. Balanced Scorecard (BSC), yang awalnya dikembangkan sebagai alat pengukuran kinerja, telah berevolusi menjadi kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk eksekusi strategi dan penyelarasan organisasi. Relevansinya mencakup berbagai industri, termasuk sektor pengembangan perumahan (real estate) di Indonesia yang dinamis, yang memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk pertumbuhan
ekonomi nasional.
Bagi pengembang perumahan di Indonesia, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) menawarkan pendekatan terstruktur untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam menyelaraskan strategi perusahaan dengan pelaksanaan operasional. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) menjembatani kesenjangan antara tujuan jangka panjang dan aktivitas harian, memastikan bahwa prioritas strategis dijalankan secara konsisten.

Biografi Penulis

Dr. Ir. D. Agung Krisprimandoyo, MM, Universitas Ciputra Surabaya

Dr. Ir. D. Agung Krisprimandoyo, MM, adalah seorang praktisi dan akademisi yang berpengalaman di bidang teknik sipil, manajemen keuangan, dan manajemen pemasaran. Menyelesaikan studi sarjananya di bidang Teknik Sipil di Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung, pada tahun 1992. Kemudian, melanjutkan studi ke Magister Management, di Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, dan lulus pada tahun 1994. Gelar Doktor di bidang Ilmu Ekonomi diperolehnya dari Sekolah Pasca Sarjana Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, pada tahun 2011.

  1. Agung Krisprimandoyo saat ini selain menjadi Direktur di Grup Ciputra, juga mengajar di Program Pasca Sarjana Magister Management, School of Business and Management di Universitas Ciputra Surabaya dan berkontribusi sebagai dosen serta peneliti di bidang keahliannya. Beliau juga sebagai dosen luar biasa di Sekolah Interdisipliner Manajemen Teknologi (SIMT) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya. Penelitiannya meliputi bidang teknik sipil, manajemen keuangan, dan pemasaran, yang didanai oleh berbagai sumber, termasuk dana mandiri, dukungan universitas, serta inisiatif riset nasional. Hasil penelitiannya telah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal nasional maupun internasional.

Selain kontribusinya dalam penelitian, D. Agung Krisprimandoyo telah menulis beberapa buku yang bermanfaat. Di antaranya adalah Strategi Marketing Melalui Corporate Rebranding (2021), Metodologi Penelitian Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif (2022), dan Studi Kelayakan Bisnis (2023), Rebranding: Konsep, Studi Kasus, dan Aplikasi (2024) yang bertujuan untuk memperdalam pemahaman dan praktik dalam manajemen dan strategi bisnis. Beliau juga memiliki ketertarikan dalam bidang fotografi, yang ditunjukkan melalui karya-karya fotonya dalam buku foto : Amazing Places (2011), Dekade (2017), My Flat World (2020), dan Up Close & Personal (2021), yang menampilkan perspektif artistiknya dalam berbagai tema.

Dedikasi D. Agung Krisprimandoyo dalam mengembangkan pendidikan, penelitian, dan seni terlihat nyata melalui kontribusi-kontribusinya, mencerminkan komitmennya yang mendalam terhadap kemajuan akademis dan praktis di bidang manajemen.

Ir. Hongky Zein M.B.A, M.M adalah praktisi, akademisi dan konsultan. Pengalaman terutama dalam bidang business development, human capital management, talent development.  Menyelesaikan studi sebagai sarjana Arsitektur di Universitas Kristen Petra Surabaya pada tahun 1989, kemudian mendapatkan gelar Magister Business Administration dari Institute Management Prasetya Mulya pada tahun 1992 dan terakhir menyelesaikan pendidikan Magister Management di Universitas Ciputra pada tahun 2024.

Hongky Zein saat ini berkarir sebagai Konsultan Human Capital Management, juga mengajar di Universitas Ciputra di bidang entrepreneurship, arsitektur dan properti. Pengalamannya bekerja selama 30 tahun di Ciputra Group menempati berbagai posisi  di bidang real estate sebagai Corporate Business Planner, Land Information Manager, Marketing Manager, Human Resources Development Manager, Contract & Procurement Manager, General Project Manager dan General Manager Talent Development.  Selain di bidang real estate juga menempati posisi di unit edukasi sebagai Business Director, School Board Secretary dan Project Officer. Sejak tahun 2004 mengembangkan implementasi Balanced Scorecard dan Performance Management di Ciputra Group. Saat ini Ciputra Group telah mengintegrasikan Performance Management System  ke dalam Human Capital Information Sistem dari Balanced Scorecard tingkat perusahaan hingga tingkat individu. Hongky Zein terlibat aktif menyelenggarakan pelatihan implementasi Balanced Scorecard dan Human Capital Management bagi berbagai unit usaha Ciputra Group lainnya, termasuk mal, hotel, rumah sakit, sekolah dan universitas. Juga menjadi pembicara dalam bidang yang sama pada berbagai event nasional, antara lain dalam seminar nasional, asosiasi sumber daya manusia, berbagai universitas serta beberapa rumah sakit.
