Sinopsis

Buku berjudul Kepala Sekolah, Kurikulum, dan Anak Didik: Panduan Utuh Manajemen Pendidikan adalah karya kolaboratif yang menghimpun beragam gagasan, kajian, dan refleksi mendalam mengenai aspek-aspek kunci dalam dunia pendidikan masa kini. Disusun oleh para akademisi dan praktisi pendidikan, buku ini menyajikan pembahasan sistematis seputar ruang lingkup manajemen pendidikan, manajemen kurikulum, peserta didik, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, serta manajemen mutu dan kebijakan publik.

Dengan pendekatan multidisipliner dan didukung oleh teori-teori mutakhir seperti behaviorisme, konstruktivisme Piaget, social cognitive theory, hingga neuroscience of learning, buku ini menawarkan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang bagaimana pendidikan dirancang, dilaksanakan, dan dikembangkan secara efektif. Tak hanya menjelaskan konsep, buku ini juga menyentuh praktik aplikatif di lapangan, menjadikannya referensi penting bagi mahasiswa, pendidik, kepala sekolah, pengambil kebijakan, dan siapa saja yang peduli terhadap kualitas pendidikan Indonesia.
