Buku berjudul Pitching and Negotiation ini disusun sebagai upaya untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai keterampilan pitching dan negosiasi, yang menjadi aspek krusial dalam dunia bisnis modern, kewirausahaan, serta komunikasi profesional.

Materi dalam buku ini dirancang secara sistematis, mulai dari pengenalan konsep dasar pitching, strategi menyusun presentasi yang efektif, teknik public speaking, hingga proses negosiasi yang melibatkan aspek emosional, etika, dan perencanaan strategis. Setiap bab dilengkapi dengan studi kasus nyata, tugas individu dan kelompok, serta evaluasi yang mendorong pembaca untuk tidak hanya memahami teori, tetapi juga mampu menerapkannya dalam praktik nyata.

Dr. Nova Mardiana, S.E., M.M., Universitas Lampung

Dr. Nova Mardiana, S.E., M.M.

Lahir di Bandar Lampung pada tahun 1970, Dr. Nova Mardiana adalah dosen berpengalaman di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Lampung. Ia menempuh pendidikan sarjana di Universitas Lampung, kemudian meraih gelar Magister Manajemen dan Doktor Ilmu Manajemen dari Universitas Padjadjaran. Fokus utama penelitian dan pengajarannya meliputi strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM), sistem pengukuran kinerja, serta analisis dampak kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja.

Sebagai pengampu mata kuliah Pitching & Negotiation, beliau menekankan pentingnya komunikasi strategi, pemetaan kepentingan, dan teknik persuasi dalam dunia bisnis digital. Keahliannya mencakup pengembangan karyawan manajemen organisasi, pengembangan serta pelatihan leadership, dan adaptasi SDM dalam transformasi digital. Perannya sangat relevan dalam membekali mahasiswa bisnis digital agar mampu membangun nilai dan menjalin kerja sama profesional secara efektif.

Driya Wiryawan, S.E., M.M.

Lahir di Tanjung Karang pada tahun 1972, Driya Wiryawan adalah lektor di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Lampung. Ia menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana di Universitas Islam Indonesia Yogyakarta dan Magister Manajemen di Universitas Padjadjaran. Keahliannya mencakup pemasaran digital, perilaku konsumen, dan strategi komunikasi bisnis, dengan fokus khusus pada pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM).

Sebagai pengampu mata kuliah Pitching & Negotiation, beliau memfokuskan pembelajaran pada strategi komunikasi yang berdampak, teknik presentasi bisnis, dan negosiasi berbasis data. Keahlian lain yang dikuasainya termasuk branding digital, analisis tren pasar, dan digital content marketing. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, ia berperan penting dalam membantu mahasiswa program studi Bisnis Digital memahami praktik terbaik dalam memasarkan ide, membangun jejaring bisnis, dan menyesuaikan strategi dengan kebutuhan konsumen era digital.

Karya kolaboratif ini merupakan hasil kerja keras 48 mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Bisnis Digital Angkatan 2023, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Lampung. Proyek penulisan ini dilaksanakan sebagai bagian integral dari mata kuliah Pitching & Negotiation, yang dirancang untuk mengasah kemampuan praktis mahasiswa dalam komunikasi bisnis dan teknik negosiasi.

Tim penulis bekerja secara terstruktur di bawah koordinasi Imanuel Prince Matthew T (2311012056) sebagai ketua pelaksana. Dalam perannya, Imanuel bertanggung jawab untuk mengorganisir serta menjaga konsistensi kualitas penulisan dan menjadi penghubung antara tim mahasiswa dan dosen pembimbing
