Dalam buku ini, kami berusaha menyajikan sebuah karya yang komprehensif mengenai teori dan praktik kepemimpinan berbasis akhlaqul karimah, yang tidak hanya berlandaskan pada landasan naqli (Al-Qur’an dan Hadis), tetapi juga didukung oleh landasan aqli (pemikiran rasional dan empiris), Terutama buah pikiran dari Prof DR. Marthin Rustami,SH.MH dengan 21 Karakter bertauhidnya, yang merupakan Payung Hukum dalam menegakan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar serta kaidah islam yang berbasis Tauhid dalam penyelenggaraan pengelolan Perguruan Tinggi. Pendekatan berbasis Alquran dan Hadist dalam Teori Kepemimpinan yang disadur dari pemikiran Prof DR Marthin Rustami SH,MH ini diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran utuh tentang karakter pemimpin yang efektif, berintegritas, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan zaman.
