Sinopsis

Buku ini membahas bagaimana pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental di tempat kerja dan mengapa hal tersebut perlu menjadi perhatian bersama, khususnya bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dalam dunia kerja yang makin kompleks dan penuh tekanan, persoalan kesehatan mental karyawan sering kali terabaikan, padahal berdampak besar terhadap produktivitas dan suasana kerja.
Melalui berbagai bab, buku ini mengajak pembaca memahami apa itu kesehatan mental, apa saja faktor yang memengaruhinya, serta bagaimana peran kebijakan, lingkungan kerja, dan pendekatan manajerial bisa membentuk budaya kerja yang lebih sehat. Di dalamnya juga dibahas contoh-contoh kebijakan yang bisa diterapkan, termasuk cara menghadapi krisis mental di lingkungan kerja.
