Sinopsis

Buku ini melaporkan hasil penelitian mengenai persepsi pejabat tentang strategic leadership, tacit knowledge, organizational capability terhadap organizational performance dengan organizational innovation power sebagai mediasi. Dalam buku ini, disajikan pokok-pokok bahasan sebagai berikut: Bab I menguraikan fenomena empiris dan kesenjangan penelitian sebelumnya yang menjadi latar belakang dari penelitian. Bab II menguraikan tinjauan pustaka sebagai dasar untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis strategic leadership, tacit knowledge, organizational capability, organizational performance, dan organizational innovation power, juga menjelaskan kerangka konseptual penelitian dan perumusan hipotesis. Bab III menjelaskan mengenai metode penelitian di antaranya mengenai pemilihan sampel, operasional variabel beserta indikator, dan metode analisisnya. Bab IV menguraikan hasil penelitian beserta pembahasan. Bab V menjelaskan simpulan hasil penelitian, implikasi, serta keterbatasan dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian yang akan datang.

Biografi Penulis

Iksan M. Saleh, Universitas Khairun

Iksan M. Saleh dilahirkan di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan Provinsi Maluku Utara pada 10 Juni 1979 sebagai anak dari pasangan bapak H. M. Saleh Ibrahim (Alm) dan ibu Hj. Mustia Djalil (Almh). Menikah dengan Nurany Lukman, ST., MT dan dikaruniai 4 anak tercinta, Zaky Abdul Rafi (18 tahun), Kayla Sandrina (16 tahun), Jagad Mubarak (11 tahun) dan Cakrawala Muwaffiq (2 tahun).

Pendidikan sarjana ditempuh di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado, lulus pada tahun 2001. Penulis memperoleh predikat Cum Laude saat menyelesaikan program magister (S-2) di Program Studi Manajemen pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Khairun pada tahun 2012. Kesempatan untuk melanjutkan ke Program Doktor pada Program Studi Manajemen Program Pascasarjana Universitas Khairun ditempuh sejak tahun 2022.

Penulis bekerja sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara sejak tahun 2005. Pernah menjabat beberapa jabatan kepala sub bagian, kepala bagian, dan kepala bidang. Saat ini menjabat Kepala Bagian Pembinaan dan Advokasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa pada Biro Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Setda Provinsi Maluku Utara dan bersama teman-teman melakukan inovasi sehingga dianugerahi sebagai OPD berpredikat Sangat Inovatif Tahun 2024 di Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara.

Selama mengikuti program S-3, penulis aktif menjadi Sekretaris Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Doktor Universitas Khairun Periode 2024-2025 dan menjadi narasumber/fasilitator pada berbagai pelatihan/sosialisasi/bimbingan teknis/rapat koordinasi terkait pengadaan barang/jasa, inovasi organisasi, kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil, perencanaan pembangunan daerah, dan orientasi anggota DPRD periode 2024-2029.

Karya ilmiah berjudul Systematic Literature Review of the Effect of Tacit Knowledge, Strategic Leadership, and Innovation on Organizational Performance telah disajikan pada International Conference di Bali tahun 2023 dan dipublikasi tahun 2024 di Library Progress International dan Effect Organizational Capability and Tacit Knowledge on Organizational Performance: Organizational Innovation Power as Mediation (Case Public Sector, Indonesia) yang telah mendapatkan Letter of Acceptance dari Australasian Accounting, Business and Finance Journal.
