Sinopsis

Buku ini membedah ketangguhan luar biasa pekerja perempuan dalam menavigasi tantangan di era modern. Fokus utamanya terletak pada fenomena peran ganda, di mana perempuan harus menyelaraskan ambisi profesional dengan tanggung jawab domestik yang kompleks.
Melalui eksplorasi mendalam, pembaca diajak memahami bagaimana resiliensi terbentuk sebagai mekanisme koping menghadapi tekanan mental dan beban kerja. Buku ini menawarkan perspektif strategis dalam mewujudkan keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja yang sehat, sekaligus memberikan panduan praktis bagi perempuan untuk tetap berdaya, bertumbuh, dan mempertahankan kesejahteraan psikologis di tengah tuntutan karier maupun keluarga.

Biografi Penulis

Ega Anggita Verlyputri, Universitas Indonesia

Ega Anggita Verlyputri, lulusan Psikologi dari Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia yang menyelesaikan studinya dalam 3,5 tahun dengan fokus pada Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi serta Human Resource Development. Selama masa pendidikan, mengembangkan minat yang kuat pada bidang pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya talent acquisition, people development, dan learning & development. Ketertarikannya tersebut diperkuat oleh pengalaman akademik dan praktik kerja yang memberinya pemahaman menyeluruh mengenai proses rekrutmen, pengembangan kompetensi, administrasi pelatihan, serta pengelolaan data karyawan.

Secara profesional, saya memiliki pengalaman magang di beberapa institusi, antara lain BOSNET Distribution Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, dan PT Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia. Saat ini, saya menjalani peran sebagai Recruitment Intern di BOSNET Distribution Indonesia, dengan tanggung jawab melakukan screening ribuan CV kandidat, mengoordinasikan proses wawancara, membantu evaluasi kandidat, mengelola lowongan pekerjaan, hingga mendukung pelaksanaan asesmen psikologis. Sebelumnya, di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, saya berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kompetensi SDM melalui penyusunan evaluasi pelatihan, pengelolaan administrasi program, koordinasi workshop, serta dukungan riset terkait perilaku masyarakat dan investor. Pengalaman lain di PT Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia juga memperkuat kompetensinya dalam proses rekrutmen end-to-end, penyelenggaraan pelatihan, workforce planning, dan pengelolaan data SDM.

Didukung kemampuan komunikasi, public speaking, manajemen waktu, serta penguasaan perangkat kerja seperti Microsoft Office dan HRIS, Ega dikenal sebagai pribadi yang teliti, adaptif, dan mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan berbagai pihak. Dengan bekal pendidikan, pengalaman profesional, dan sertifikasi pendukung di bidang psikologi serta organisasi, saya memiliki komitmen untuk terus berkembang sebagai profesional Human Resources yang mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam proses pengembangan talenta dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia.

Dr. Dra. Sugiarti, M.Kes., Psikolog adalah akademisi dan praktisi psikologi yang saat ini berkiprah sebagai dosen di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia, konselor di Klinik Satelit Makara Universitas Indonesia, serta Psychological Service Leader di CV InsanQ Psychological Service. Latar belakang pendidikannya mencakup Sarjana Psikologi dari Universitas Padjadjaran, Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat dari Universitas Indonesia, dan Doktor Ilmu Psikologi dari Universitas Indonesia. Bidang keahlian dan minat riset yang ditekuni meliputi stres, optimisme, kesejahteraan psikologis, volunteering, serta hubungan kepribadian dengan distres psikologis.

Dalam perjalanan profesionalnya, Sugiarti aktif memadukan peran akademik, layanan psikologis, dan pengembangan masyarakat. Ia terlibat dalam organisasi profesi psikologi di tingkat nasional serta dikenal konsisten berkontribusi dalam pendidikan, pendampingan, dan penguatan layanan konseling. Dedikasinya di bidang akademik dan pengabdian juga tercermin melalui berbagai kegiatan sebagai narasumber pada tema kesehatan mental, etika praktik psikologi, trauma informed care, pencegahan perundungan, penguatan peran dosen pembimbing, serta dukungan psikososial bagi keluarga, pelajar, mahasiswa, dan komunitas.

Kontribusi ilmiahnya ditunjukkan melalui publikasi artikel pada jurnal nasional dan internasional serta penerbitan sejumlah buku di bidang konseling, psikologi positif, optimisme, dan tumbuh kembang anak. Selain aktif dalam kegiatan ilmiah, ia juga terlibat dalam berbagai program pengabdian masyarakat, termasuk skrining tumbuh kembang anak, peningkatan sensitivitas terhadap peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, serta pelatihan psychological first aid dan layanan dukungan psikososial. Dengan kombinasi pengalaman akademik, praktik profesional, publikasi ilmiah, dan keterlibatan sosial yang luas, Sugiarti memiliki profil yang kuat sebagai pendidik, psikolog, konselor, penulis, dan narasumber yang mampu menjembatani kebutuhan dunia akademik dengan persoalan nyata di masyarakat.
