Visi Indonesia Emas 2045 bukan semata proyeksi pertumbuhan ekonomi atau capaian statistik pembangunan, melainkan sebuah cita-cita peradaban. Di dalamnya terkandung harapan akan terwujudnya bangsa yang berdaulat, adil, makmur, dan berkelanjutan bangsa yang mampu memajukan kesejahteraan manusia tanpa mengorbankan kelestarian alam, serta memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana pemanusiaan, bukan sekadar alat efisiensi.
Buku ini disusun atas kesadaran bahwa tantangan pembangunan abad ke-21 bersifat kompleks dan saling terkait. Manusia ditempatkan sebagai subjek dan tujuan pembangunan bukan sekadar objek kebijakan. Alam dipahami bukan hanya sebagai sumber daya, tetapi sebagai sistem kehidupan yang memiliki batas, nilai, dan hak untuk dijaga keberlanjutannya. Sementara itu, teknologi diposisikan sebagai enabler strategis yang harus diarahkan secara etis, inklusif, dan berwawasan ekologis agar benar-benar mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, integrasi manusia, alam, dan teknologi menjadi benang merah utama yang dirajut dalam setiap pembahasan buku ini.
Melalui perspektif multidisiplin, buku ini mengulas berbagai aspek penting pembangunan Indonesia Emas 2045, mulai dari UMKM, generasi muda, lingkungan hidup, sistem informasi dan digitalisasi, ekonomi berkelanjutan, pertanian, ketahanan pangan, hingga kelautan dan sumber daya pesisir. Seluruh pembahasan diarahkan untuk memperkuat satu pesan utama: bahwa masa depan Indonesia hanya dapat dibangun melalui strategi keselarasan antara kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan, keadilan sosial, dan kelestarian ekosistem.
