Buku ini secara mendalam membedah "Paradoks Pulau Kecil"-sebuah kontradiksi fundamental di mana pariwisata, sebagai motor penggerak ekonomi utama, secara paradoks justru berpotensi merongrong fondasi ekologis yang menjadi daya tarik utamanya.
