Buku ajar Spiritual Healing Qur’ani: Pendekatan Psikoneuroimunologi menghadirkan pendekatan integratif antara tadabbur Al-Qur’an, psikologi spiritual, kedokteran modern, dan teknologi informasi dalam kerangka psikoneuroimunologi. Buku ini menegaskan bahwa Al-Qur’an bukan hanya sumber bacaan dan ibadah, tetapi juga memiliki potensi besar sebagai modalitas penguatan kesehatan mental dan spiritual.
Melalui kajian teoretis, model implementasi di pesantren, serta hasil program tadabbur berbasis teknologi, buku ini menunjukkan bagaimana refleksi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dapat membantu menurunkan stres, meningkatkan ketenangan batin, memperkuat regulasi emosi, dan menumbuhkan makna hidup, khususnya pada santri dan generasi muda muslim di era digital.
Disusun secara sistematis dan aplikatif, buku ini ditujukan bagi mahasiswa kedokteran dan kesehatan, pendidik, pengasuh pesantren, tenaga kesehatan, serta akademisi yang ingin mengembangkan pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan dan pelayanan kesehatan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam.
