Lahirnya buku “E-MESp 4Cs: Mobile Evaluasi–Supervisi Terintegrasi” ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21 yang menuntut penguasaan keterampilan 4C’s (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, dan Collaboration) sebagai kompetensi utama peserta didik. Guru sebagai agen pembelajaran dituntut tidak hanya melaksanakan pembelajaran inovatif, tetapi juga didukung oleh sistem supervisi dan evaluasi yang relevan, terukur, serta terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan kebijakan pendidikan.
Buku ini disusun untuk memberikan gambaran bahwa evaluasi pada supervise pembelajaran berbasis 4 Cs, yang lebih user friendly, lebih berdampak pada kepentingan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yang berbasis delapan profil lulusan, menjadi mendesak diterbitkan. Selain itu, buku ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pendidik, pengawas, pengambil kebijakan, maupun peneliti dalam mengembangkan instrumen serupa yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pendidikan masa kini. Kehadiran buku ini akan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi pengembangan dunia pendidikan Indonesia dan menjadi kontribusi dalam mencetak generasi emas yang berkarakter, kompeten, dan berdaya saing global.
