Synopsis

Di balik bangunan megah dan proyek infrastruktur berskala besar, ada satu faktor yang sering luput dari perhatian, namun justru paling menentukan keberhasilan proyek: manusia. Proyek konstruksi bukan sekadar soal gambar teknik, alat berat, atau angka biaya—melainkan tentang bagaimana tenaga kerja dikelola, diarahkan, dan diberdayakan di tengah tekanan waktu, risiko keselamatan, dan kompleksitas lapangan.

Buku Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Konstruksi mengajak pembaca memahami dunia proyek konstruksi dari sisi yang paling krusial: pengelolaan tenaga kerja. Author Biography

Mardiaman, Institut Pertanian Bogor

Dr Mardiaman, ST, MT. lahir di Kabanjahe Tanah Karo Sumatera Utara, 24 September 1967. Menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana Teknik Sipil (S1) Universitas Sumatera Utara tahun 1995, program Pascasarjana Teknik Sipil Universitas Indonesia tahun 2002 dan Program Doktor Manajemen Sumberdaya Alam dan Lingkungan dengan Konsentrasi Lingkungan Ke PU an dari Institut Pertanian Bogor tahun 2010.

Mulai menjadi dosen sejak tahun 1997 dan jabatan fungsional saat ini adalah Lektor Kepala sebagai Dosen DPK Kopertis Wilayah III Jakarta yang diperbantukan ke PTS. Mata kuliah yang pernah diampuh: Statistik dan Probabilitas, Rekayasa Ekonomi, Manajemen Konstruksi, Perencanaan dan Penjadwalan konstruksi, Manajemen Risiko Proyek, Rekayasa Nilai dan Perencanaan Biaya Konstruksi dan Rekayasa lingkungan serta Manajemen sumber Daya Manusia Konstruksi

Memiliki sertifikasi dosen sejak tahun 2009 dan assesor Sertifikasi Dosen untuk teknik sipil mulai tahun 2010. Selain sebagai dosen sering juga ikut terlibat sebagai tenaga ahli konsultan manajemen konstruksi dan analisa mengenai dampak lingkungan di berbagai proyek konstruksi sebagai Ahli Sipil dan Transportasi. Memegang Sertifikasi Amdal A dan B, Sertifikat Tenaga Ahli Utama Bangunan Gedung, Ahli Utama Teknik Jalan. Ahli Utama Teknik Sumber Daya Air dari ASTII dan Ahli Utama Manajemen Konstruksi. Selain itu juga Pemegang Sertifikat Kompetensi Metodologi Pelatihan Perancangan dan Pelatihan Kerja dari BNSP. Selain itu aktif menulis di berbagai jurnal terkait dengan teknik sipil dan menghadiri seminar ilmiah di berbagai forum.
