Synopsis

Buku ini mengulas bagaimana efektivitas tim riset dapat dibangun melalui pengelolaan kepemimpinan, kepercayaan, dan kohesi dalam kolaborasi ilmiah multidisiplin. Dengan menggunakan kerangka Input-Process-Output (I-P-O), buku ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan tim riset tidak hanya bergantung pada kemampuan teknis anggota, tetapi juga pada kualitas interaksi, koordinasi, dan dinamika kerja yang tercipta di dalam tim.

Efektivitas tim didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan kolektif peneliti untuk bekerja sama mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, menghasilkan output studi yang bermakna, sekaligus menciptakan kepuasan, komitmen, dan keberlanjutan kolaborasi. Konsep ini diperkaya melalui analisis mendalam atas peran shared leadership, team trust, dan team cohesion sebagai faktor kunci yang membentuk produktivitas dan kualitas kolaborasi ilmiah.

Selain kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan ilmu Human Resource Management (HRM) dalam konteks akademik, buku ini juga memberikan panduan praktis bagi perguruan tinggi dan lembaga studi untuk membangun tim riset yang solid, adaptif, dan berdaya saing. Buku ini menjadi referensi penting bagi peneliti, akademisi, dan pengelola riset yang ingin meningkatkan efektivitas kolaborasi ilmiah di Indonesia

Author Biographies

Rani Intan

Rani Intan, lahir di Jakarta, menamatkan S1 pada Ilmu Administrasi Fiskal UI tahun 1996 dan S2 pada Magister Pendidikan UNJ tahun 2013, serta mengikuti Program Doktoral Ilmu Manajemen UNJ pada tahun 2022. Saat ini tercatat sebagai dosen di Universitas Islam Bekasi-Universitas Muhamadiyah Indonesia sejak tahun 2015. Penulis aktif melaksanakan studi di bidang organisasi dan manajemen khususnya pada Manajemen SDM.

Puji Wahono

Prof. Dr. Puji Wahono, S.E., M.Si., adalah Guru Besar Ilmu Manajemen Strategik pada program studi Ilmu Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Menyelesaikan Program Doktornya di Universitas Indonesia. Kemudian beliau melanjutkan tugasnya sebagai dosen di Universitas Jember dan kemudian di Universitas Negeri Jakarta hingga saat ini. Dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok sebagai dosen, beliau aktif melakukan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dan untuk memperkuat kompetensinya di bidang pendidikan, beliau telah mengikuti sejumlah pendidikan tambahan dan pelatihan pada: (1) The American Academy of Financial Management dan memperoleh Certified Strategic Business Analyst (CSBA); (2) The American of Project Management dan mendapatkan Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) serta (3) Certified of Competence dalam bidang Human Capital Management dari BNSP. Pengalaman mengajar di berbagai perguruan tinggi, seperti: UNJ, UI, UJ, UNRI, UNILA, UPN dan sebagai dosen tidak tetap di sejumlah universitas swasta. Beliau menulis dan menerbitkan sejumlah buku ber-ISBN. Dalam bidang penelitian, beliau menyelesaikan program pelatihan pada Quantum HRM International dan memperoleh: (1) Certified of Competence dalam penelitan kuantitatif berupa Certified International Quantitative Research (CIQnR); dan (2) Certified of Competence dalam penelitiah kualitatif dana memperoleh Certified International Qualitative Research (CIQaR). Meneliti dan menerbitkan artikan di jurnal internasional berindeks Scopus, WoS, jurnal nasional terindeks SINTA. Di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat, beliau mengabdikan diri pada masyarakat tingkat lokal, nasional dan internasional yang dibuktikan dengan perolehan sejumlah HKI.

Hamidah

Prof. Dr. Hamidah, S.E.,M.Si, lahir di Brebes pada tahun 1956 merupakan Guru Besar Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Beliau menempuh pendidikan S1 pada program studi Manajemen di Universitas Gajah Mada dan lulus pada tahun 1981. Kemudian beliau melanjutkan pendidikan S2 di Universitas Indonesia pada program studi Manajemen Keuangan dan lulus pada tahun 1994. Tahun 2002 menyelesaikan  jenjang S3 Program studi Manajemen di Universitas Airlangga.

Karier beliau di bidang akademik  sebagai dosen dan peneliti di Universitas Negeri Jakarta sejak tahun 2006. Sedangkan karir di bidang non-akademik diantaranya adalah sebagai asesor BAN-PT sejak tahun 2008; Reviewer LPDP Kemenkeu-Dikti sejak tahun 2009 s/d 2014 dan Koordinator Program Studi Ilmu Manajemen UNJ sejak tahun 2017 s/d 2025. Dalam bidang penelitian, beliau memiliki 34 artikel pada jurnal bereputasi Scopus, jurnal internasional terindeks DOAC dan jurnal nasional terindeks Sinta.
