Buku berjudul “Pemasaran Sosial” ini pada intinya akan menguraikan bagaimana cara mengubah perilaku masyarakat menjadi lebih baik sebagamana filosofi dari pemasaran sosial. Bab 1 menguraikan asal mula teori pemasaran sosial dan siapa saja yang berperan dalam program pemasaran sosial. Bab 2 menjelaskan tahapan dalam implementasi pemasaran sosial, kendala dan intervensi sebagai bagian dari pemasaran sosial. Pada bab 3 berisi penjelasan tentang kriteria keberhasilan pemasaran sosial dan kapan saat yang tepat melakukan program pemasaran sosial. Bab 4 membahas tentang manfaat pemasaran sosial dan bagaimana peran pemerintah dalam implementasi program pemasaran sosial. Pada bab 5 atau yang terakhir, berisi contoh-contoh praktek pemasaran, baik di luar negeri dan juga di Indonesia.
